Coordinate a book drive for Little Free Libraries near you

Created a book wishlist and a social media post to advertise the book drive to my friends. Between April 24 and August 13, I collected 134 books from promoting the book drive on social media.

I loved doing this book drive because it helped me get in touch with the community. Would I do this again probably ,why? Because reading should be accessible for everyone .

I felt that the book drive was a success. I collected more books than I thought I would get. I think I should have given more direction as to the type of books I was looking for. There were a couple that were not appropriate for the little libraries, including a dictionary and a workbook, but overall, there were some great quality books to stock the libraries with.

As a reader myself, it was very fulfilling to be able to make books accessible to kids who may not have access. By collecting brand new books with popular titles, I was able to offer a fresh selection of books to these kids.
